Wow, that's a lot of reviews. I've never read any of those novels.
Annie, if Bam's superb review couldn't entice you to try this series then nothing will. *g* Having said that, if the it's the LKH syndrome (or potential to descend therein) holding you back, I confess that I'm too scared to try LKH myself. No matter how great people say the first 6 (or 9?) books are.
